Pastor Bart is the Pastor for First Lutheran Church and Circle of Love Preschool. He joined FLC/COL in the Fall of 2022.

Deacon
Paul Lang
Paul Lang is the Deacon at First Lutheran Church. He became a Deacon in 2005 after several years of study and coursework. The Lang family moved to Manhattan Beach in 1992 and have been members at FLC ever since.
His wife, Ingrid, has been a teacher at Circle of Love Preschool since 1996. His youngest daughter also works at Circle of Love Preschool in the office.
