Music Ministry

This group of singers rehearses and performs vocal music in a variety of styles, usually with four-part harmony. They participate in the worship service a couple times a month, with special music for celebrations like Christmas and Easter. Rehearsals take place on Wednesda evenings beginning at 7:00pm during the school year.

This music team leads the congregation in our contemporary worship service about once a month. They do a variety of popular Christian music while staying faithful to the Lutheran tradition. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings beginning at 7:15pm during the school year.

Whether you are an old hand at handbells or interested in trying bells for the first time, you are welcome to join in the fun as we ring God’s praises! The Handbell Choir rehearses each Wednesda evening beginning at 5:45pm during the school year.

The Youth Choir is for children in pre-kindergarten to twelve years of age. Music is upbeat and age-appropriate. The choir sings during worship services throughout the year, and present special programs for Christmas and Easter. Rehearsal is on Monday from 5:00 - 5:30pm, prior to Shining Stars. Children are not required to participate in Shining Stars to sing in the choir.

This choir is comprised of students from our preschool. All students enjoy a weekly music lesson, and get to showcase their new skills by participating in Sunday services. Each classroom sings during worship once a year, so every child participates.
